By providing your mobile phone number and submitting it during registration or in account settings, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Property Prospect regarding account activity, property alerts, login notifications, and customer support. Message frequency may vary and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for support.
1. Information Collected
- User account information (name, email, authentication identifiers).
- Property data and user-created notes or tags.
- Contact information uploaded by the User.
- Communication metadata (timestamps, delivery status, and opt-out status).
- Consent flags and related compliance fields logged by the User.
2. User-Provided Data Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the lawful collection of Contact data and for obtaining consent to store and contact Contacts. Property Prospect does not independently collect Contact data.
3. How Data Is Used
- Provide CRM and campaign tools.
- Deliver Communications as directed by the User.
- Enforce opt-out and suppression features.
- Maintain platform security and performance.
4. Data Sharing
We may share data with third-party vendors that provide email, SMS, phone, or direct mail services solely to fulfill User-directed Communications. Property Prospect does not sell Contact data.
5. Opt-Out Handling
The platform supports unsubscribe and STOP mechanisms and enforces opt-outs at the system level. Users remain responsible for ensuring legal compliance obligations are satisfied.
6. Data Retention
Data is retained while the account is active. Users may delete Contacts or other data through the platform. Certain records may be retained for legal, security, or operational purposes.
7. Security Measures
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data. No security measures can guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access.
8. In-App Confirmations and Consent Fields
Before campaign launch, Users must confirm:
“I confirm that I have obtained all legally required consent to contact the individuals included in this campaign and assume full responsibility for compliance with applicable laws.”
We log the timestamp, User ID, and IP address for this confirmation. The platform allows Contact-level consent fields such as consent type (SMS / Email / Call), consent source (web form, verbal, inbound, etc.), date logged, and logged by (User).
9. User Certifications
By using the platform, User certifies that they have the right to use all uploaded data and have obtained required permissions and consents for Communications.
